My experience with Lynn was a gift, she will be my new friend here in my new home of Prescott.AZ. Lynn has been a blessing to our family in more ways than a short review could contain. As first time home buyers, we had a lot to learn. She walked us through the entire process, helping us to feel comfortable by taking the time to explain all the next actions, tasks, and terminology along the way. In an age where it seems everything is just a phone service, a website, or an automated email, Lynn is a kind person who arrived on time, always beating us there. She kept track of our likes and dislikes as we looked at houses together. She knew our kid’s names and took our picture together when we signed to close. We have known Lynn Stoppe for years, and she is a realtor that goes far and away beyond what is required. She keeps her eye on the market to be sure she is showing us the properties that could meet our needs, and doesn’t waste our time with ones that don’t. She is never pushy, but has a calm, kind professional demeanor. She is outstanding with her communication — with us, potential buyers, title companies, lenders, inspectors and anyone involved. She was the one who arranged for septic inspections, and then coordinated the repair of the septic tank at one home. She added pretty touches to empty homes to stage them, and make them show well. I cannot recommend her highly enough. In the past few years she has sold three homes for us and helped us in the purchase of three homes. (Yes, we are nuts!) Lynn was our realtor in Prescott. Relocating from another state is difficult; Lynn made the transition incredibly smooth for us. Lynn is a wonderful person and a super real estate agent! We are out of town buyers from Phoenix so Lynn made appointments with us on Saturdays to accommodate our schedule. We even met the home inspector on a Saturday. Lynn met the propane delivery guy to have our new tank installed because we  couldn’t be there. Lynn answered all of our questions every step of the way. She also provided us with helpful information including store locations and licensed contractors in Prescott. Lynn makes the entire home buying process a very pleasant and relaxing experience.
